目的:研究正畸力作用下雌性骨质疏松大鼠牙周组织中IL-1β的表达变化,探讨正畸力对骨质疏松状态下牙周组织改建的影响。方法:采用切除雌性大鼠卵巢的方法建立骨质疏松动物模型,术后3个月施加50 g正畸力牵引上颌第一磨牙近中移动。HE染色法观察牙齿受力各时间点牙周组织及压力侧破骨细胞数量变化,免疫组织化学染色法观察牙槽骨中IL-1β表达变化。结果:与假手术对照组同时间点相比,骨质疏松模型组各时间点破骨细胞数量明显增加,牙槽骨中IL-1β阳性表达增强。结论:正畸力作用下骨质疏松大鼠IL-1β表达增强,破骨活动增强,影响正畸牙齿移动。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of IL-1β in periodontal tissues of female osteoporotic rats under orthodontic force and to explore the effect of orthodontic force on the alteration of periodontal tissues under osteoporosis. Methods: The ovariectomized female rats were used to establish animal model of osteoporosis. Three months after application of orthodontic force of 50 g, the maxillary first molars were pulled proximally. The number of periodontal tissues and pressure-side osteoclasts at different time points were observed by HE staining. The expression of IL-1β in alveolar bone was observed by immunohistochemical staining. Results: Compared with the sham operation control group, the number of osteoclasts increased significantly at each time point in osteoporosis model group, and the positive expression of IL-1β in alveolar bone increased. CONCLUSION: The expression of IL-1β in osteoporosis rats increases with orthodontic force, and the osteoclast activity increases, which affects the orthodontic tooth movement.
