慢性海洛因中毒致大鼠睾丸、附睾及精囊组织病理学改变

利用光镜及电镜对大白鼠慢性海洛因中毒模型及对照组的睾丸、附睾及精囊作组织细胞形态学检查。光镜结果表明,海洛因中毒组大鼠睾丸生精管生精上皮细胞层次明显减少,腔内精子稀少,畸形精子及脱落的生精细胞增多;附睾及精囊均存在腔内精子明显减少。电镜结果表明,海洛因中毒组大鼠睾九精子细胞减少,部分精子细胞变性、脱落,精子提前成熟,精子颈段线粒体肿胀,精子减少;支持细胞水肿,个别支持细胞核内水肿,支持细胞内溶酶体明显增多;精原细胞出现核膜扩张;精母细胞停滞于分裂前期;个别问质细胞破坏。附睾管上皮主细胞内溶酶体及吞噬泡明显增多,腔内精子减少,有较多的膜样小体,主细胞静纤毛局部明显减少。研究结果从组织病理学角度,证实了慢性海洛因中毒可导致睾丸生精功能明显障碍。 Morphological examination of testis, epididymis and seminal vesicles was performed in rats model of chronic heroin poisoning by light microscope and electron microscope. The results of light microscope showed that the level of spermatogenic epithelium in testes of heroin poisoning group was significantly reduced, the number of sperm in the cavity was sparse, the number of spermatogenic spermatozoa and spermatogenic cells were increased, while the number of spermatozoa in the epididymis and seminal vesicles was significantly decreased. Electron microscopy results showed that the number of testicular spermatids decreased, part of spermatids degenerated and detached, the sperms prematurely matured, the sperm mitochondria swelled and the sperms decreased in heroin poisoning rats, the edema of supporting cells, the intracellular edema of individual cells, the endoplasmic reticulum Body significantly increased; spermatogonia nuclear membrane expansion; spermatocytes arrested in the pre-division; individual ask cells destroyed. Epididymal epithelial cells in the main lysosome and phagocytic significantly increased, reduced intracavitary sperm, there are more membrane-like bodies, the main cell local cilia significantly reduced. The results of the study from the histopathological point of view, confirmed that chronic heroin poisoning can lead to significant dysfunction of testicular spermatogenesis.
