传统铸造锡青铜熔炼工艺难于满足高端产品对材料力学性能和砂型铸造工艺的要求,为此探索出新的返回法精炼铸造锡青铜工艺,其具有以下特点:一是在熔炼过程中减少了氧化锌、氧化锡、氧化铜及氧化铅的络合物形成;二是在精炼后期通过还原反应从产生的络合物(熔渣)再还原回铜合金,提高了铜合金的收得率;三是将高密度的包容体熔渣还原成低密度的氧化物熔渣上浮至铜液表面,净化了铜合金熔液。与传统铸造锡青铜熔炼工艺比较通过返回法精炼的铜液更纯净,材料有更好的力学性能。
