改革开放以来,厦门市会展经济不断发展壮大,创建了“九八”投洽会和“四八”台交会等知名展会品牌,在国内展览新城的角色和地位日益突出。但是,目前厦门会展业仍然呈现总体水平不高、政府办展色彩较浓、展会市场化社会化程度较低的状况。本文借鉴先进国家和地区展会管理、运作模式的成功经验,剖析政府主导型展会的利弊和当前厦门展会运作存在的突出问题,探讨实现重大展会市场化运作的机制和对策,以引导厦门会展经济的健康发展。
Since the reform and opening up, convention and exhibition economy in Xiamen has been continuously developing and expanding, creating well-known trade show brands such as “98” CIFIT and “Forty-eight” Taiwan Trade Fairs, and has played an increasingly prominent role and status in domestic exhibitions. However, at present, the convention and exhibition industry in Xiamen still presents the situation of the overall level is not high, the color of the government exhibition is thick, the exhibition market-oriented social status is low. This article draws on the successful experience of exhibition management and mode of operation in advanced countries and regions, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the government-led exhibition and the outstanding problems in the current exhibition in Xiamen, and discusses the mechanism and countermeasures to realize the market-oriented operation of major exhibitions in order to guide the exhibition economy healthy growth.
