第2代高温YBCO涂层导体具有重要的应用前景,目前在世界范围内正展开制备YBCO涂层导体的研究。本文介绍了国际上用三氟乙酸盐-金属有机沉积(TFA-MOD)的方法制备YBCO涂层导体的工艺过程和主要进展情况,讨论了前驱溶液的合成和涂后热处理方法,以及YBCO超导层的形成机理。
The second generation of high temperature YBCO coated conductors has important application prospects, is currently developing worldwide YBCO coated conductor research. In this paper, the process and the main progress of YBCO coated conductor prepared by TFA-MOD method are introduced. The synthesis of precursor solution and the post-coating heat treatment method are discussed. Formation mechanism of the guide layer.
