The transport of airborne pollutants in the atmosphere depends on the temporal and spatial characteristics of the wind field. Under the condition of accident, setting up three-dimensional wind field in complex terrain area quickly and objectively is very important for improving the accuracy of estimating pollutant concentration and forecasting the accident consequence and then formulating correct emergency measures. To the conservation of the wind as the constraint condition of the wind field diagnosis mode is here
