建筑工程的预结算编制工作对于工程的开展和结束阶段有着重要作用,是建筑企业在盈利和控制成本等方面的一种有效方法;我国建筑行业不断的发展壮大,建筑工程的预结算编制工作也渐渐变得越来越规范,同时我国对于预结算编制方面的工作也做出了相应的法律法规,推动了建筑工程预结算编制的进步,但是其中还是有很多的问题存在,这些问题在一定程度上阻碍了我国建筑行业的发展和进步,因此需要研究相应的解决策略,本文对建筑工程预结算编制工作中的不足和控制策略进行研究,首先分析预结算编制工作在建筑工程中的作用,然后在对预结算编制中存在的问题进行阐述,最后提出相应的控制策略,促进我国建筑行业的发展和进步。
