近些年随着经济水平的提高,我国正在进行稳定的发展与建设,国家的发展与建设需要多方面的人才,所以现阶段提高人力资源的培养是十分重要的内容。人力资源是我国未来发展的基础,只有将我国人力资源水平的整体水平进行提高,才能是我国未来的建设进行的更为顺利,为我国提高未来发展优势的提高具有重要的意义。本研究将对我国医院人力资源培养目标以及培养模式进行细致的分析,找出现阶段存在的问题,并提出相关合理的优化措施,使我国医院人力资源的培养更为有效。
In recent years, with the improvement of the economic level, our country is undergoing stable development and construction. The development and construction of the country require talents in various fields. Therefore, it is of great importance to improve the training of human resources at this stage. Human resources are the foundation for our country’s future development. Only by raising the overall level of human resources in our country can our country’s construction in the future proceed more smoothly, which is of great significance for enhancing the advancement of our country’s advantages in the future. This study will analyze the goal of hospital human resources training and training mode in detail, find out the problems existing in the current stage, and put forward relevant reasonable optimization measures to make our hospital’s human resources training more effective.
