结直肠癌是胃肠道最常见的恶性肿瘤之一.近年来随着高危人群筛查的开展及内镜技术的发展,结直肠癌早期诊断率有所提高,但多数患者出现明显症状时已处于中晚期,预后较差.循环游离DNA(cfD NA)作为一种新型潜在肿瘤标记物近年来得到广泛关注,其在结直肠癌早期诊断、化疗方案的选择、疗效评估及预后判断等方面中具有重要的临床应用前景.本文就cfDNA在结直肠癌中的临床应用进展作一综述.“,”Colorectal cancer is one of most common malignant tumor of the gastrointestinal tract and it is difficult to early diagnosis.Rencently,with the development of screening for high-risk individuals and improvement of endoscopy,the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer has improved largely.However,those with obvious symptoms have developed into advanced stage and their prognosis was poor.Circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) as a new type of tumor biomarkers has been widely concerned recently.It has great potential for choosing chemotherapy regiems,evaluating therapeutic effect and predicting prognosis.In this paper,clinical utility of circulating cell-free DNA in colorectal cancer will be reviewed.
