广东丰顺县的电声产业集群已基本形成,并成为了广东省丰顺县的支柱产业。基于“新钻石模型”理论对丰顺县电声产业集群竞争力进行评价,可以发现集群面临着诸如区域创新动力不足、高层次人才的匮乏、市场观念淡薄、产业协调性差、政府执政观念落后等问题。为此,建议从构建区域创新系统、加快专业化市场和电子商务平台建设、延伸产业链、建立人才支持系统、发挥政府服务经济职能等方面加快提升丰顺县电声产业集群的竞争力。
Guangdong Fengshun County, electro-acoustic industrial clusters have been basically formed and become the pillar industries in Fengshun County, Guangdong Province. Based on the theory of “new diamond model”, the evaluation of the competitiveness of Fengshun County electroacoustic industrial cluster shows that the cluster is faced with such problems as lack of motivation for regional innovation, lack of high-level talent, weak market concept, poor industrial coordination, Backwardness and other issues. Therefore, it is suggested to speed up the competitiveness of Fengshun County electroacoustic industrial cluster from the aspects of constructing regional innovation system, accelerating the construction of specialized market and e-commerce platform, extending the industrial chain, establishing talent support system and bringing government service economy functions into play.
