谢长城、谢修齐(湖南怀化地区劳动卫生职业病防治所)报道:本文分析了我区16家县办煤矿22年来尘肺发生、发展情况。接尘工人3580名,历年检出各期尘肺385例(Ⅰ期271例、Ⅱ期108例、Ⅲ期6例),肺结核合并率14.55%(Ⅰ期尘肺合并肺结核率为12.54%、Ⅱ期为17.59%、Ⅲ期为50.00%)。尘肺粗病死率为5.45%。尘肺患病率为10.75%。
