目的分析血常规红细胞参数在缺铁性贫血诊断中的应用效果。方法选择2012年6月-2016年5月我院收治的80例缺铁性贫血患者和70例地中海贫血患者作为研究对象,另选取同期健康体检者60例作为对照组,对其进行血常规检测,并对结果进行分析。结果 (1)缺铁性贫血组Hb、MCV、MCH、MCHC水平与地中海贫血组比较,差异无统计学意义;RDW明显高于地中海贫血组,差异具有统计学意义。(2)缺铁性贫血组、地中海贫血组Hb、MCV、MCH、MCHC水平与对照组比较,均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;缺铁性贫血组RDW明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;地中海贫血组RDW与对照组无明显差异,差异无统计学意义。结论 RDW是临床上对缺铁性贫血进行鉴别诊断的比较理想的一个参考指标,因此用血常规检测对缺铁性贫血患者进行鉴别诊断具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the application of blood routine erythrocyte parameters in the diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia. Methods Sixty patients with iron-deficiency anemia and 70 patients with thalassemia who were admitted to our hospital from June 2012 to May 2016 were enrolled in this study. Sixty healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period and their blood routine tests , And analyze the result. Results (1) The levels of Hb, MCV, MCH and MCHC in iron-deficiency anemia group were not significantly different from those in thalassemia group; RDW was significantly higher than that in thalassemia group, the difference was statistically significant. (2) Compared with control group, the levels of Hb, MCV, MCH and MCHC in iron-deficiency anemia group and thalassemia group were significantly lower than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant; RDW in iron-deficiency anemia group was significantly higher than that in control group, The difference was statistically significant; there was no significant difference between thalassemia group and control group, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion RDW is an ideal reference for differential diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia in clinical practice. Therefore, it is of great clinical value to use routine blood test to differentiate patients with iron deficiency anemia.
