坚持任前谈话预警。对新提拔或调整交流的干部,根据不同的岗位和人员身份,以及事前掌握的思想状态,分别采取集中座谈和个别请谈相结合的方式进行。对重要部门、重要岗位因工作需要调整交流的干部,一般由县委主要领导或组织部长直接进行单独谈话;对因不胜任现职和干部反响较大需要调整工作岗位的干部,通常由县委组织部长和县纪委书记进行谈话;对新提拔干部一般采取由县委领导和县纪委书记同时进行任职前组织谈话和廉政纪律谈话。开展信访事项约谈。针对群众举报党政
