在近30年里,日本已经建造了超过2500座隔震建筑。最初,由于很难将隔震系统应用于高层建筑,故其主要应用于中低层建筑中。然而,现阶段隔震装置的性能得到了提高(特别是叠层橡胶支座),因此近年来隔震系统开始应用于高层建筑。随着隔震系统适用范围的扩大,一些以前没有考虑过的与隔震系统相关的新挑战和新问题相继出现。然而,不断应对新挑战必须依赖隔震技术的进步。本文回顾了2011年东日本大地震前后隔震技术的情况。
In the past 30 years, Japan has built more than 2,500 earthquake-isolated buildings. Initially, because it is difficult to apply seismic isolation systems to high-rise buildings, it is mainly used in middle and low-rise buildings. However, the performance of the seismic isolation device has been improved at this stage (especially laminated rubber bearings). Therefore, in recent years, the seismic isolation system has been applied to high-rise buildings. With the expansion of the scope of application of seismic isolation systems, some new challenges and new problems associated with isolation systems have appeared one after another. However, constantly responding to new challenges must rely on the progress of seismic isolation technology. This article reviews the situation of seismic isolation technology before and after the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011.
