目的探讨脑泰方提取物对缺血脑组织CD34表达的影响。方法 30只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、脑复康组、脑泰方低、中、高剂量组。通过月桂酸钠损伤血管内皮细胞来复制局灶性脑缺血模型,采用免疫组化方法检测各组大鼠缺血脑组织CD34的表达。结果脑缺血后,CD34微血管呈阳性表达,脑泰方提取物中、高剂量组表达高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论脑泰方提取物能够增强缺血脑组织CD34的表达,促进局部血管新生和微血管的建立。
Objective To investigate the effect of Nao Tai Fang extract on the expression of CD34 in ischemic brain tissue. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, Naofukang group and Nao Tai Fang low, medium and high dose groups. Focal cerebral ischemia model was reproduced by injury of vascular endothelial cells by sodium laurate, and the expression of CD34 in ischemic brain tissue of each group was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results After cerebral ischemia, the expression of CD34 microvessel was positive. The expression of brain Thai extract in medium and high dose group was higher than that in model group (P <0.05). Conclusion Nao Tai Fang extract can enhance the expression of CD34 in ischemic brain tissue and promote the local angiogenesis and the establishment of microvessels.
