针对球团工艺中原料混合均匀度的快速检测问题,以变异系数CV(%)来评估各组分的均匀程度,试验测定了精矿粉与膨润土不同配比情况下球团原料的混合效果,分析了质量指标变异系数、湿度指标变异系数、元素质量分数指标变异系数3种快速检测方法的可行性,并对现场取样的球团原料进行混匀度检测,验证了前述快速检测方法的有效性,提出评判球团原料混合均匀度的标准。所得结果可为今后研究球团原料混匀度的在线检测技术提供指导。
Aiming at the rapid detection of raw material mixing uniformity in pellet process, the uniformity of each component was evaluated by the CV (%) coefficient of variation. The mixing effect of pellet raw material was tested under different proportions of concentrate powder and bentonite. The feasibility of three rapid detection methods of coefficient of variation of the quality index, the coefficient of variation of the humidity index and the coefficient of variation of the element mass fraction index was analyzed. The uniformity of the raw materials of the sampled pellets was tested to verify the validity of the aforementioned rapid test method , Put forward criteria for judging the mixing uniformity of pellets raw materials. The results obtained for the future research pellet raw material uniformity of on-line detection technology to provide guidance.
