在一系列紧凑的房地产市场宏观调控新政之下,一些商品房买卖合同无法实际履行或者履行之后又起纷争。开发商、业主和政府该何去何从,不少人选择运用“情势变更”来维护自己的利益。那么,在现实中该原则是否能适用于商品房买卖合同,在什么情况下适用,会产生何种后果,文章欲从这些方面作出分析,为房地产交易市场的稳定寻求解决途径。
In a series of compact real estate market macro-control of the New Deal, some real estate sales contract can not be implemented or fulfill their obligations after another dispute.
