本文叙述对LiTaO_3晶体观察到的光散射现象和在0.4μm~50μm波段对该晶体作的透射率的测量。观察了我们拉制的LiTaO_3晶体在不同的温度和电场作用下,当He—Ne激光(λ=0.633μm)通过它时所产生的光散射现象,观察结果表明:“散射中心是大小与光波波长同一个数量级的微铁电畴”这一结论是正确的。可利用这一散射现象直观地检验晶体极化处理的程度。同时,测量了晶体在退火前后、极化前后的透射率;并对这三种情况作了比较。
This article describes the light scattering phenomena observed for LiTaO_3 crystals and the measurement of the transmittance of this crystal in the 0.4 μm to 50 μm band.
