目的:研究红景天口服液对氢化可的松致小鼠阳虚模型动物的保护作用。方法:雄性昆明种小鼠50只,按体重随机分为5组,每组10只,空白对照组、模型对照组、男宝胶囊组、红景天低、高剂量组。im氢化可的松25 mg.kg-1每天1次,连续给药5 d建立小鼠阳虚模型。造模后ig给予生理盐水(空白对照、模型对照)、男宝胶囊2.0 g.kg-1、红景天口服液低、高(2.48,24.80 g.kg-1)剂量,连续7 d,每天2次。观察动物的体重、性器官、附性器官和免疫器官质量系数的变化,测定自主活动次数、体温和低温游泳时间等指标。结果:造模动物的体重、活动次数、体温、低温游泳时间、胸腺和附性器官指数较空白对照组有明显的下降(P<0.01);ig红景天口服液后,体重、体温、胸腺和附性器官指数较模型对照组有明显的增加(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:红景天口服液对于im氢化可的松致阳虚小鼠动物模型可能具有抗应激作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Hongjingtian oral liquid on hydrocortisone-induced mouse model of Yang deficiency. Methods: Fifty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups according to body weight, with 10 rats in each group. The blank control group, the model control group, the male capsule group, the rhodiola low and high dose groups. im hydrocortisone 25 mg.kg-1 once a day for 5 days to establish a mouse model of Yang deficiency. After the model was given ig saline (blank control, model control), male Bao capsule 2.0 g.kg-1, Rhodiola oral low, high (2.48,24.80 g.kg-1) dose for 7 days, 2 times. The body weight, sex organs, attached organs and immune organ mass index were observed, and the number of spontaneous activity, body temperature and swimming time at low temperature were measured. Results: The body weight, number of activities, body temperature, swimming time at low temperature, thymus and accessory organs index of the model animals decreased significantly compared with the blank control group (P <0.01). The body weight, body temperature, Attached organ index than the model control group was significantly increased (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion: Rhodiola oral solution may have anti-stress effects on im-hydrocortisone-induced mouse model of Yang deficiency.
