太平天国的农村政治,遵循着一条独立于《天朝田亩制度》文本之外的规律。太平军从接触农村社会,到建立稳定的统治,一般经历下列三个阶段,三个阶段呈逐级上升趋势。第一阶段是贡单阶段,其表现特征是征收贡物。第二阶段是门牌阶段,是在恢复和沿袭清朝旧制的基础上,推行以征收传统田赋漕粮为特征的农村政治。第三阶段是田凭阶段,在天国后期一些地区,在李秀成等的主持下,一些太平军贵族会向田主颁发田凭确定他们的土地产权。但即使到这一最高阶段,太平天国仍然没有涉及土地关系的任何变革。太平天国农村政治的基本规律受三个方面的因素影响:主政太平军贵族的政治倾向、乡官主观能动性的发挥,以及政治军事环境是否稳定。
The Taiping Heavenly Kingdom’s rural politics follow a law separate from the text of the Tianmu Tianmu System. The Taiping army has generally experienced the following three stages from getting in touch with rural areas and establishing a stable rule. The three phases showed an upward trend step by step. The first stage is the tribute stage, which is characterized by the collection of tributes. The second stage is the stage of building the house. It is based on the restoration and follow-up of the old system in the Qing Dynasty and the promotion of rural politics characterized by the collection of traditional grain crops. The third stage is the field stage. In some areas in the latter part of the days of the heaven, under the auspices of Li Xiucheng, some Taiping aristocrats will issue land to the landowners to determine their land property rights. But even at this highest stage, the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom still has no changes concerning the relations of the land. The basic laws of rural politics in the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom are influenced by three factors: the political orientation of the aristocracy of the Taiping Army, the subjective initiative of the township officials, and the stability of the political and military environment.
