在 Cr2 O3涂层中加入不同含量的 Ce O2 和 Si O2 添加剂 ,通过涂层热震试验及对热震试验结果的计算分析表明 ,涂层的热震失效本质为热应力疲劳失效 ;在 Cr2 O3涂层中加入 Ce O2 和 Si O2 ,可显著提高涂层的临界热震温差范围△ TC。采用 Ce O2 作添加剂使涂层的热震抗力系数提高较多 ,而 Si O2 则更多地提高△ TC。涂层在 30 0℃温度下工作时 ,选用 3.0 % Ce O2 作添加剂 ,使之具有较好的综合性能 ;涂层在 30 0~ 5 0 0℃范围内工作 ,采用 3.0 %~ 6 .0 % Si O2 作添加剂 ,其抗热震性较好。
By adding different contents of Ce O2 and Si O2 additive into Cr2 O3 coating, the thermal shock test of the coating and the thermal shock test results show that the thermal shock failure of the coating is the thermal stress fatigue failure.
