目的了解驻疆某边防团基层官兵心理健康状况。方法用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)进行测试。结果基层官兵SCL-90各因子均分在1.33~1.86之间,54.3%的个体存在轻度心理问题,18.3%的个体心理健康问题达到或超过严重程度。同时,边防官兵在抑郁、偏执和精神病性因子上和地方成人存在显著差异(P<0.01),在强迫和敌对性因子上和一般军人存在显著差异(P<0.01)。人格特质和心理健康状况存在相关,其中神经质和精神质对心理健康水平具有预测作用。结论边防官兵存在不同程度的心理问题,心理健康水平低于地方成人和一般军人,人格特质对心理健康产生重要的影响作用。
Objective To understand the mental health of grass-roots officers and soldiers of a certain border station in Xinjiang. Methods The self-rating Symptom Scale (SCL-90) and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) were used for testing. Results The scores of SCL-90 among officers and soldiers at the grassroots level were all between 1.33 and 1.86. 54.3% of the individuals had mild psychological problems, and 18.3% of the individuals reached or exceeded the serious mental health problems. Meanwhile, there were significant differences in depression, paranoid and psychotic factors among local border officers and local adults (P <0.01), and significant differences (P <0.01) between forced and hostile factors in military officers and soldiers. Personality traits and mental health status are related, of which neurotic and mental quality of mental health has a predictable effect. Conclusions There are psychological problems in frontier defense officers and soldiers to varying degrees, and the mental health level is lower than that of local adults and general military personnel. Personality traits have an important impact on mental health.
