我国建筑业绿色创新及推广过程中在主体能力、交互、制度及基础设施等方面存在诸多制约绿色创新采纳与扩散的瓶颈。以上述系统问题为指向,从绿色能力培育、交互合作优化、制度环境改善与基础设施配套四个方面进行政策功能的针对性、适用性设计。引入UTAUT模型,提炼建筑企业绿色创新采纳可能的响应要素,剖析政策功能与企业绿色创新采纳响应要素间的因果关联,明晰政策的作用路径及其间的传导机制,为建筑业绿色创新采纳与扩散相关政策制定提供实用的、系统的依据。
In the process of green innovation and promotion of construction industry in our country, there are many bottlenecks that restrict the adoption and diffusion of green innovation in the aspects of main capabilities, interaction, system and infrastructure. With the above system problems as the orientation, the author designs the pertinence and applicability of the policy functions from four aspects: cultivation of green capabilities, optimization of interaction and cooperation, improvement of institutional environment and support of infrastructure. The UTAUT model is introduced to extract the possible response elements of green innovation in construction enterprises. The causal relationship between policy functions and green innovation adoption response factors is analyzed. The role of policy and the transmission mechanism are clarified. Policy development to provide a practical, systematic basis.
