随着我国社会主义经济的发展,人民的生活水平有了很大的提高,但是也造成我国的生态环境的保护面临更大的压力。尤其是我国少数民族地区由于生态环境的脆弱,其面临环境保护的压力则更大,然而随着时代的发展,少数民族本身的环境保护习惯法的约束作用则越来越小,本文主要想通过探讨少数民族环境保护习惯法的国家表达来增强少数民族习惯的凝聚力,以及推动我国环境保护事业的发展。
With the development of the socialist economy in our country, the standard of living of the people has greatly improved, but it has also caused greater pressure on the protection of the ecological environment in our country. In particular, due to the fragile ecological environment, ethnic minorities in China are facing more pressure to protect the environment. However, with the development of the times, ethnic minorities’ own restraints on environmental protection customary law are getting smaller and smaller. Explore the national expression of the customary law of environmental protection for ethnic minorities so as to enhance the cohesion of ethnic customs and promote the development of environmental protection in our country.
