磷酸测定试验中还原剂选择的探讨

目的对磷酸测定方法中不同使用还原剂的方法比较。方法采用不同还原剂进行磷钼蓝分光光度法比色分析。结果三种还原剂体系在2.5~75ug测定范围内,所制备的标准曲线的相关性都达到了标准,r值在0.9998~0.9999之间,同一浓度标准溶液,以氯化亚锡-甘油体系的灵敏度最高,抗坏血酸-EDTA-乙酸混合还原剂体系次之,亚硫酸钠-对苯二酚体系灵敏度较差。结论氯化亚锡-甘油还原体系,最适用于工作场所空气中磷酸的测定。 OBJECTIVE To compare the methods of different reducing agents in the determination of phosphoric acid. Methods Different reducing agents were used for the colorimetric analysis of phosphomolybdate blue spectrophotometry. Results The results showed that the correlation coefficients of the three standard curves were within the range of 2.5 ~ 75ug. The correlation coefficients of the three standard curves were between 0.9998 and 0.9999. The standard solution with the same concentration of stannous chloride - glycerol The highest sensitivity, ascorbic acid-EDTA-acetic acid mixed reductant system followed, sodium sulfite - hydroquinone system less sensitive. Conclusion Stannous chloride - glycerol reduction system, the most suitable for the determination of phosphoric acid in the air in the workplace.
