研究锻造后不同的冷却工艺对HN2154非调质钢锻件力学性能和组织的影响,测绘HN2154钢的CCT曲线。结果表明,锻造后随着冷却速度的增加,HN2154钢锻件的强度开始升高,到达最大值后又降低,这主要与氮化钒或碳氮化钒的析出过程有关。根据研究结果得出,应该存在一个最佳的锻后冷却工艺使HN2154钢锻件获得最佳力学性能。
The effect of different cooling processes after forging on the mechanical properties and microstructure of HN2154 non-quenched and tempered steel was studied. The CCT curve of HN2154 steel was plotted. The results show that with the increase of cooling rate after forging, the strength of HN2154 steel forgings begins to increase and reaches the maximum value and then decreases, which is mainly related to the precipitation process of vanadium nitride or vanadium carbonitride. According to the results of the study, it should be concluded that there should be an optimum forging cooling process to obtain the best mechanical properties of HN2154 steel forgings.
