与锻造的GCr15轴承钢相比,精密铸造的ZGCr15轴承钢具有生产效率高、成本低、冷加工工序简单,并能铸造出形状较为复杂的零件;经过适当的热处理后,同样具备高硬度、耐磨性好等优点。我厂生产的镗床、摇臂钻床等系列产品中,有菱形压块、滑块等18种零件采用了精铸的ZGCr15轴承钢,以取代锻造的GCr15轴承钢,每月需要量达几千件。过去,对这种材料的冶炼、浇铸、热处理等工艺掌握不当,经常出现不同形式的缺陷和废品。近年,我们对精铸的ZGCr15钢零件各有关工艺进行分析与实验,检查各工序出现废品的原因,改进了不合理的工艺,
