我院自 1 982～ 1 994年共行吻合血管的腓骨移植治疗肱骨上端骨巨细胞瘤 1 1例 ,桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤 1 0例 ,共 2 1例。 1 9例 1次性治愈 ,其中有 2例血管不通而成为游离腓骨移植。 2例局部复发 2次行肿瘤切除治愈。这种手术方法既充分切除了肿瘤 ,又保留了患肢 ,同时又减少了局部复发 ,实为目前治疗肱骨上端及桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤的理想方法。 A total of 11 cases of giant cell tumor of the humerus and 10 cases of giant cell tumor of the distal radius were treated with fibula transplantation in our hospital from 1982 to 1994. 1 9 cases of a one-time cure, of which 2 cases of vascular barrier and become free fibula transplantation. 2 cases of local recurrence 2 tumor resection cured.
