针对带钢冷却特点,建立了带钢瞬态热传导仿真模型,采用有限差分法对1800mm热连轧机带钢终轧速度、带钢终轧温度、冷却水温度等因素对带钢层流冷却后温度的影响进行了仿真分析。得到的结果对于认识热轧带钢卷取温度的变化规律具有一定的应用价值。
According to the characteristics of strip cooling, a simulation model of transient heat conduction in strip steel was established. The strip rolling cooling temperature of strip steel was obtained by finite difference method after finishing rolling speed of 1800mm hot strip mill, strip finishing temperature, cooling water temperature, The impact of the simulation was analyzed. The results obtained have certain application value for understanding the variation law of coiling temperature of hot strip.
