目的探讨台盼蓝肝脏原位灌流在研究肝微循环变化中的应用。方法采用台盼蓝肝脏原位灌流的方法观察硫代乙酰胺(thioacetamide,TAA)所致大鼠肝脏损伤时的微循环状态。结果内毒素血症的严重程度、反映缺血性肝损伤程度的LDH活性、以及表示肝微循环灌注状况的台盼蓝在肝内的分布时间与肝的病理形态学改变 ,在TAA损伤作用的不同时间 ,其变化趋势都是一致的。结论1.内毒素血症在肝微循环障碍发生发展中具有重要作用 ,而肝微循环障碍又可诱发肝细胞的损伤。2.台盼蓝肝脏原位灌流能很好评价肝的微循环状况与肝小叶的坏死区域 ,是研究肝脏微循环障碍较为理想的方法。
Objective To investigate the application of trypan blue in situ perfusion in liver microcirculation. Methods The in situ perfusion of trypan blue liver was used to observe the microcirculation state of liver injury induced by thioacetamide (TAA) in rats. Results The severity of endotoxemia, LDH activity reflecting the degree of ischemic liver injury, and the distribution of trypan blue in the liver, indicating the pathological changes of hepatic microcirculation perfusion, were associated with pathological changes of the liver and the role of TAA in injury At different times, the trend is the same. Conclusion 1. Endotoxemia plays an important role in the occurrence and development of liver microcirculation disorder, and liver and microcirculation disorders can induce liver cell damage. Trypan blue liver in situ perfusion can be a good evaluation of the microcirculation of the liver and hepatic lobule necrosis area is to study the liver microcirculation is a more ideal method.
