在检定洛氏硬度计时,遇到一部分硬度计示值不合于要求,常常需要调整硬度计的指示系统的指示槓杆比。国内常见的可调整指示槓杆比的硬度计,目前数目较多的是苏联生产的TK型及民主德国生产的HP—250型洛氏硬度计。为了便于这两种硬度计指示槓杆的调整,本文介绍一种图表法。洛氏硬度试验法基本等式是 HRC=100-(h-h_0)/0.002(1) HRB=130-(h-h_0)/0.002(2)式中 h_0—预载荷作用下主轴压入试件深度(毫米); h—总载荷作用后,卸除主载荷保留预载
