国家统计局中国统计信息服务中心(CSISC)7月3日联合新华网、中国质量新闻网发布《2013-2014年中国汽车品牌口碑研究报告》(以下简称《报告》),共计43个市场表现比较活跃的汽车品牌,接受了CSISC民意好口碑的公平监测和评价。《报告》显示:从2013-2014年度汽车行业网络口碑总体上来看,大众凭借其在网络中的高品牌知名度和消费者互动度,位居总榜单第一名。福特和铃木紧随其后,分别位列第二和第三名。欧美尽管其品牌知名度指数进入前十榜单,但其他多项指标却呈低值分数出现,影响其在口碑总指数成绩。
China Statistics Information Service Center (CSISC) of National Bureau of Statistics jointly issued Xinhua News Agency and China Quality News Network on July 3, 2013 and reported “Word of mouth research report on China’s auto brands in 2013-2014” (hereinafter referred to as the “Report”) for a total of 43 market performance comparisons The active auto brand accepted the fair monitoring and evaluation of CSISC’s opinion polls. The Report shows that from the 2013-2014 auto industry network word of mouth overall, the public ranked first in the total list with its high brand awareness and consumer interaction in the network. Ford and Suzuki followed, ranking second and third respectively. Although Europe and the United States entered the top ten list with their brand awareness index, many other indicators showed low scores, which affected their overall reputation scores.
