随着我国企业集团化的不断发展,企业集团资金管理中的问题日益突出,这也成为企业集团经营管理的主要问题之一。本文通过分析企业集团资金管理中存在的问题,探究完善企业集团资金管理的对策,以期为我国企业集团资金管理提供借鉴,实现集团资金配置的最优化。
With the continuous development of the enterprise group in our country, the problems in the fund management of the enterprise group have become increasingly prominent, which has also become one of the main problems in the operation and management of the enterprise group. By analyzing the existing problems in the capital management of enterprise groups, this paper explores the countermeasures to improve the capital management of enterprise groups, in order to provide reference for the capital management of the enterprise groups in our country and realize the optimization of the capital allocation of the group.
