目的:明确三黄散瘀巴布剂对急性软组织损伤模型大鼠的治疗作用,并探讨其作用机理。方法:以重物锤击法制备SD大鼠急性软组织损伤动物模型,分组贴敷给药,每日换药1次,给药4d,进行组织病理学和炎性介质的测定,观察三黄散瘀巴布剂对急性软组织损伤大鼠的治疗作用。结果:与模型对照组和基质对照组比较,三黄散瘀巴布剂低、中、高剂量组和青鹏膏对照组、扶他林对照组均可降低损伤局部组织的前列腺素E2(PGE2)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的含量,治疗组与对照组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:三黄散瘀巴布剂对急性软组织损伤SD模型大鼠具有良好的治疗和修复作用,其作用可能与降低损伤局部组织中PGE2和IL-1β含量有关。
Objective: To clarify the therapeutic effect of sanhuang soothing pus preparation on rats with acute soft tissue injury and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Acute soft tissue injury model of SD rats was prepared by heavy hammering method. The rats were treated by patch dressing and the drug was given once daily for 4 days. The histopathology and inflammatory mediators were determined. Therapeutic effect of bruises on acute soft tissue injury in rats. Results: Compared with the model control group and the matrix control group, the low, medium and high dose Sanhuang Sanxubao agent group, the Qingpengpao control group and the fuptazoline control group all could reduce the prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) Interleukin-1β (IL-1β) levels in the treatment group and the control group were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: Sanhuang Dispersal Buccal Patch has a good therapeutic and rehabilitative effect on SD rats with acute soft tissue injury, which may be related to decreasing the content of PGE2 and IL-1β in local tissues.
