目前使用的滑窗式 CFAR 方法的主要缺点是在有非均匀背景干扰时性能严重下降。利用雷达环境固有的局部均匀性,用杂波图替代它可得到良好的性能,同时检测损失小。本文分析一种这样的方法,并证明它在相当一般的条件下工作良好;给出了在几种虚警概率值时的检测概率与平均信噪比的曲线。还探讨了自遮蔽目标问题,并评价了由这种现象引起的性能降低;对几种系统参数值给出了检测性能与在同一图单元中对持续目标扫描数的曲线。
The main disadvantage of the sliding window CFAR method currently used is the severe performance degradation with non-uniform background interference. Utilizing the inherent local uniformity of the radar environment, it is possible to obtain good performance by replacing it with a clutter map, with less detection loss. This paper analyzes one such method and proves that it works well under fairly general conditions. The curves of detection probability and average signal-to-noise ratio for several false alarm probability values are given. The problem of self-shadowing is also discussed, and the performance degradation caused by this phenomenon is evaluated. The curves of the detection performance and the number of continuous target scanning in the same image unit are given for several system parameter values.
