The economist Stiglitz proposed in the “Economics” that although many economic factors are insufficient in developing countries, what is lacking most is the entrepreneurs who can participate in market competition. What is lacking most is entrepreneurial talent. On April 12, 2003, China’s Entrepreneurs Survey System held the “Tenth China Entrepreneurial Growth and Development Survey Results Announcement and Seminar” at the Beijing Jintai Hotel, announcing the results of a questionnaire survey of 3,539 entrepreneurs. Among them, the number and quality adjustment of Chinese entrepreneurs
