目的对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期社区教育管理规范进行研究,观察实施效果。方法通过筛查,选取海运仓社区COPD稳定期病例30例作对照组,采用现有的教育管理模式;清水苑社区30例作为研究组,采用新的教育管理模式。6个月随访1次,共2次。观察肺功能、COPD评估测试(CAT)、症状分级量化积分改善情况。结果第2次随访与入组时各项指标的差值,包括肺功能第1秒呼气容积占用力肺活量之比(FEV_1/FVC),以及CAT和症状分级量化积分比较,研究组较对照组改善,差异有统计学意义。结论 COPD稳定期社区规范化教育管理,对于阻止COPD病情发展,改善症状,减缓或阻止其肺功能下降速度,具有一定的效果。
Objective To study the community education management practices of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) stable period and to observe the implementation effect. Methods 30 cases of stable COPD patients in sea transport warehouse were selected as the control group by screening, and the existing educational management mode was adopted. Thirty people in Qingshuiyuan Community were taken as the research group, and a new educational management mode was adopted. 6 months follow-up 1 times, a total of 2 times. Observe the pulmonary function, COPD assessment test (CAT), symptom grade quantitative integral improvement. Results The difference between the indexes of the second follow-up and enrollment, including the FEV 1 / FVC of 1 second expiratory volume of lung function, and the quantified scores of CAT and symptom grade were higher in the study group than in the control group Improvement, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Community-based standardized education and management of stable COPD patients have a certain effect in preventing the progression of COPD, improving the symptoms and slowing down or stopping the decline of lung function.
