目的为了开发R2空间驱避剂。方法用不同浓度的R2对淡色库蚊做击倒、灭杀和空间驱避实验。结果 R2对淡色库蚊无击倒和灭杀作用,R2的剂量增加到300 mg/ml和实验时间延长到24 h,对淡色库蚊均无直接的击倒和灭杀作用。用四因素三水平L9(34)的正交试验设计方法,以A(R2的质量)、B(志愿者与驱避剂的距离)、C(驱避剂放置高度)、D(乙醇与水的体积比)为考虑因素,在室内研究R2对淡色库蚊的空间驱避活性,得到最佳使用条件为:A2B2C2D2(200 mg的R2、距离:1.0 m、高度:1.0 m、体积比:3∶7),各因素对驱避活性的影响程度为A﹥B﹥D﹥C。结论在最佳条件下,R2对淡色库蚊的空间驱避活性较高,这将为开发R2空间驱避剂打下基础。
Purpose To develop a R2 space repellent. Methods Culex pipiens pallens were knocked out, killed and repelled with different concentrations of R2. Results R2 did not knock-down or kill the Culex pipiens pallens. The dose of R2 was increased to 300 mg / ml and the experimental time was prolonged to 24 h. There was no direct knock-out and extermination of Culex pipiens pallens. A (R2 quality), B (distance between volunteers and repellents), C (repellant placement height), D (ethanol and water (R2: 200 mg, distance: 1.0 m, height: 1.0 m, volume ratio 3: 3), and the optimum conditions for the spatial repellent activity of R2 against Culex pipiens pallens were studied indoors : 7). The influence degree of each factor on repellent activity was A> B> D> C. Conclusions Under optimal conditions, R2 has a higher spatial repellent activity against Culex pipiens pallens, which will lay the foundation for the development of space repellent R2.
