在中职班主任工作过程中,师生冲突是不可避免的现象。它主要分成一般性冲突和严重性冲突两种。一般性冲突的化解有利于强化师生的和谐关系,严重性冲突则会引发师生关系的破裂。而严重性冲突通常由一般性冲突转化而来。因此,中职班主任应时刻警惕,在最短时间内采取适当的途径化解一般性冲突,减少严重性冲突。笔者作为中职班主任,将结合自身工作经验,于本文具体解析化解师生冲突的有效途径。
In the mid-level teacher work process, the conflict between teachers and students is an inevitable phenomenon. It is mainly divided into two kinds of general conflict and serious conflict. The resolution of general conflicts is conducive to strengthening the harmonious relationship between teachers and students, serious conflicts will lead to the rupture of the relationship between teachers and students. The severity of the conflict is usually transformed from a general conflict. Therefore, secondary vocational school teachers should be vigilant at all times, in the shortest possible time to take appropriate measures to resolve the general conflict, reduce serious conflicts. The author, as a teacher in charge of secondary vocational school, will combine his own work experience with concrete solutions to resolve the conflict between teachers and students in this paper.
