操纵系统是推土机的重要组成部分,影响推土机的操作舒适度及性能。分析PD165Y-1型履带式推土机操纵系统的不足,介绍PD165Y-2型履带式推土机在变速操纵结构及工作装置操纵方面的改进。对变速操纵结构的空挡闭锁机构进行改进,将工作装置的操纵由液压先导控制改为手动杠杆机构控制,解决了PD165Y-1型履带式推土机操纵系统存在的问题。实际应用证明,PD165Y-2型推土机操纵系统结构简单,成本低,提高了推土机的操纵性能。
Manipulation system is an important part of bulldozer, affecting the operational comfort and performance of bulldozers. This paper analyzes the deficiency of the control system of PD165Y-1 crawler dozer, and introduces the improvement of PD165Y-2 crawler dozer in the shift control structure and working device. The gear shift control structure of the neutral gear lock mechanism is improved, the control of the working device from hydraulic pilot control to manual lever mechanism control, to solve the PD165Y-1 crawler dozer control system problems. Practical application shows that, PD165Y-2 bulldozer control system has the advantages of simple structure and low cost, and improves the handling performance of the bulldozer.
