目的观察急性白血病患者骨髓DNA倍体的变化规律。方法采用流式细胞仪和DNA检测试剂盒检测急性白血病患者骨髓DNA的倍体、合成期细胞的百分比(SPF)和增殖指数(PI),并与正常对照组进行比较。结果 100例急性白血病患者异倍体的发生率为43.00%。异倍体组白血病患者较二倍体组白血病患者及正常对照组其SPF、PI值均明显增高。二倍体组白血病患者较正常对照组其SPF、PI值明显增高。结论异倍体组白血病患者体内白血病细胞恶性程度较高,增殖速度较快。
Objective To observe the changes of DNA ploidy in patients with acute leukemia. Methods The DNA of the leukemia patients was detected by flow cytometry and DNA test kit. The percentage of SPF and PI in the bone marrow of patients with acute leukemia was detected and compared with the normal control group. Results The incidence of aneuploidy in 100 cases of acute leukemia was 43.00%. The aneuploidy leukemia patients than diploid group leukemia patients and normal control group SPF, PI values were significantly higher. Diploid group of leukemia patients than the normal control group SPF, PI values were significantly higher. Conclusion Hepatic leukemia cells in the aneuploid group have a higher degree of malignancy and faster proliferation.
