本文采用基于对应态原理的统一粘度模型对天然气气相和液相的粘度进行了预测。该模型通过引入混合规则 ,仅需天然气各组分的基本物性数据即可预测混合物粘度 ,计算简便可行。应用于二元轻烃混合物 749个数据点及天然气高压粘度的预测 ,平均绝对误差分别为 4 .1 3%和 2 .1 3% ,优于现有的其它粘度模型
In this paper, a unified viscosity model based on the principle of corresponding states was used to predict the gas and liquid viscosities of natural gas. By introducing the mixing rule, the model predicts the viscosity of the mixture by simply analyzing the basic physical properties of each component of natural gas, and the calculation is simple and feasible. Applied to the prediction of 749 data points of binary light hydrocarbon mixture and high pressure viscosity of natural gas, the average absolute errors are 4.13% and 2.13% respectively, which is better than other existing viscosity models
