长期以来,能量交付能力即能量可实现性问题是电力系统经济调度模型中未予以足够重视的问题,近年已逐渐引起重视。针对上述问题,建立了一种全新的、考虑能量误差约束的电厂最优电量分配模型。基于新模型的解能更好地保证系统各时段的供电能量平衡,且优化后的机组出力曲线能够使机组向电网可靠供电,操作性强;新模型以总煤耗成本最低为优化目标,采用序列二次规划方法求解;初步的算例测试结果表明,新模型能够提供更为合理、可行且总煤耗成本更低的机组出力曲线。
For a long time, the issue of energy deliverability, that is, the energy realiability, has not been taken seriously enough in the economic dispatch model of power system and has drawn more and more attention in recent years. In order to solve the above problems, a new optimal power distribution model considering power error constraints is established. The solution based on the new model can better ensure the power supply energy balance of each period of the system, and the optimized unit output curve can make the unit supply reliable power to the power grid with strong operability. The new model takes the lowest total coal cost as the optimization goal, Quadratic programming method. The preliminary test results show that the new model can provide a more reasonable and feasible unit output curve with lower total coal cost.
