大型汽轮发电机组轴承润滑油量的问题,历来为各国所注意并做了一些工作,如轴承排油量Q对功耗H、平均排油温度t_2的影响和对乌金最高温度t_b max的影响等。有的人还研究了轴承极限润滑问题——即限定乌金温度为某允许的最高值时所需的最少排油量。这些工作的目的,显然是想寻求轴承在某些工况下最适当的排油量。也就是说当轴承排油量少,温升偏高时,通过人为地改变轴承润滑油流量来满足运行需要。
The problem of lubricating oil quantity for large turbo-generator bearings has always been noticed and done by all countries, such as the influence of bearing oil discharge Q on power consumption H and average oil discharge temperature t_2 and the influence on the maximum temperature t_b max of Ujin Wait. Some people have also studied the problem of bearing extreme lubrication - the minimum amount of oil required to limit the temperature of Ukraine to a certain maximum allowed value. The purpose of these tasks is obviously to find the most appropriate bearing in some conditions the amount of oil displacement. In other words, when the bearing oil discharge less, high temperature rise, by artificially changing the bearing lubricant flow to meet operational needs.
