采用IST-1600PC熔点熔速测试仪,对CaO-MgO-FeO-Al2O3-SiO2-P2O5熔渣的熔化温度进行了测试。根据熔融还原冶炼惠民高磷铁矿的试验特点和工艺条件,选择的熔渣成分组合为:二元碱度0.8~1.4,Al2O3含量6.4%~12.4%,P2O5含量0%~3%、分别固定MgO、FeO含量为4%、12%。研究表明,当P2O5或Al2O3含量一定时,碱度对熔化温度的影响趋于一致,熔渣的熔化温度随着熔渣碱度的增大先降低后升高,在碱度R为1.0时最低,而且最低点的温度与P2O5或Al2O3含量成正比,P2O5或Al2O3含量越高,最低点处的温度越高;当碱度或P2O5含量一定时,熔化温度会在Al2O3含量为9.4%时出现拐点;当碱度或Al2O3含量一定时,熔化温度均随着P2O5含量的增加而提高。
The melting temperature of CaO-MgO-FeO-Al2O3-SiO2-P2O5 slag was tested by IST-1600PC melting point melting tester. The melting temperature of the slag decreases first and then increases with the increase of the basicity of the slag, and lowest when the basicity R is 1.0 , And the lowest temperature is proportional to the content of P2O5 or Al2O3, the higher the content of P2O5 or Al2O3, the higher the temperature at the lowest point; when the basicity or P2O5 content is certain, the melting point will appear inflection point when the Al2O3 content is 9.4% When the basicity or Al2O3 content is constant, the melting temperature increases with the increase of P2O5 content.
