大学生正处在身体发育阶段,面临紧张的学习和生活,合理膳食的科学理念与体育运动是影响身体健康的重要因素。同时,运动与膳食营养对运动人群改善生理功能、提高运动能力、防病保健和治病康复起着重要的作用。通过调查研究发现,我校学生在体育锻炼中膳食营养结合方面缺乏合理的营养指导和健康意识,使健身者不知道采用何种方式来补充身体中所需要的营养,无法保证最佳的健身效果。为了普及我校学生的运动与营养的健康知识,提高运动与膳食营养之间的搭配意识,从思想上改变我校学生对运动与膳食营养的价值观念,力求使健身者养成合理的膳食和运动健康观念。
Undergraduates are in the stage of physical development, facing intense study and life, reasonable diet and scientific ideas and sports are important factors affecting their health. At the same time, exercise and dietary nutrition play an important role in improving physical function, improving exercise capacity, preventing and curing diseases, and treating and rehabilitating the sports crowd. Through the investigation and study, we found that our school students lack of reasonable nutrition guidance and health awareness in the dietary and physical fitness training so that the bodybuilders do not know which way to supplement the body’s nutrition and can not guarantee the best fitness effect . In order to popularize the health knowledge of sports and nutrition of our students and improve the awareness of collocation between sports and dietary nutrition, and change the values of sports and dietary nutrition of our school students in an ideological way, so as to enable the exercisers to develop a reasonable diet and Sport health concept.
