随着教育改革不断深入,农村和城市教育均衡发展已成为教育改革的一大趋势。教育均衡发展不仅体现在教育设施、设备的配备和教育管理上,更表现在教师的专业素养上。而农村教师由于各种因素的制约,在专业化发展的起点上已经落后于城市教师一大截。结合经验,希望为农村教师专业化发展提供一些借鉴。
With the deepening of education reform, the balanced development of rural and urban education has become a major trend in education reform. The balanced development of education is reflected not only in the provision of educational facilities and equipment and in education and management, but also in the professional qualities of teachers. Rural teachers have lagged behind urban teachers at the starting point of professional development due to various factors. Combined with experience, we hope to provide some references for the professional development of rural teachers.
