为保护本国产业竞争力,发达国家对进口产品征收碳关税,这对浙江省对外贸易将产生巨大影响。本文首先分析浙江省出口贸易现状并结合一般均衡理论分析,采用CGE模型进行实证分析。结果表明:在设定30/60美元碳关税税率的情况下,浙江省出口贸易将下降0.65%和1.27%,进口额将下降1.48%和2.89%。据此提出缓解碳关税对浙江省经济影响的相关建议。
In order to protect their industrial competitiveness, developed countries impose carbon tariffs on imported products, which will have a huge impact on Zhejiang’s foreign trade. This paper first analyzes the status quo of the export trade in Zhejiang Province and analyzes the general equilibrium theory, and uses the CGE model for empirical analysis. The results show that with the 30/60 US dollar carbon tariff rate set, Zhejiang’s export trade will fall by 0.65% and 1.27%, while imports will fall by 1.48% and 2.89% respectively. Accordingly, some suggestions on alleviating the economic impact of carbon tariffs on Zhejiang Province are put forward.
