对中心有刚性轴的圆环法兰的摆动辗压问题进行了理论分析。也研究了紧固在模具膛孔中圆环的摆动辗压问题。利用上、下限法估算了这两种情况下由冲头所引起的平均压力。由于外径与内径之比的不同,在成形时可能产生不同的流动形式。若圆环内径足够小,且外径保持不变,则在接触区的前缘将产生塑性波形。本文还分析了摆动辗压时圆环面内的扭转问题。
A theoretical analysis is made on the swinging rolling problem of a ring flange with a rigid shaft center. The problem of oscillating rolling of the ring fastened in the mold bore was also studied. Using the upper and lower bound method to estimate the average pressure caused by the punch in both cases. Due to the different ratio of outer diameter to inner diameter, different flow patterns may be produced during forming. If the inside diameter of the ring is small enough and the outside diameter remains the same, a plastic wave will be generated at the leading edge of the contact area. The article also analyzes the problem of torsion in torus when swing rolling.
