目的 :探讨四逆水溶液 (A)、4 0 % (B)和 6 0 % (C)醇溶液分别经分子截留值为 10 0 0、30 0 0和 5 0 0 0的超滤膜超滤前后乌头总碱、甘草酸和固含量的变化。方法 :离子对萃取—分光光度法、以薄层—紫外分光光度法和重量法分别测定乌头总碱、甘草酸含量和干浸膏重量。结果 :乌头总碱和甘草酸的损失与超滤膜分子截留值和乙醇浓度成反比 ,甘草酸的损失均超过 10 % ,固含量的降低与甘草酸的损失成正比关系。结论 :四逆汤在水溶液和 4 0 %~ 6 0 %乙醇溶液中进行超滤均达不到去除杂质目的
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the pre- and post-ultrafiltration of ultra-filtration membranes of 100, 400, and 60 percent (C) alcohol solutions of Sini liquor (A), respectively, with molecular cutoff values of 100, 300, and 500. Aconitum total alkaloids, glycyrrhizic acid and solid content changes. METHODS: Ion-pair extraction-spectrophotometry, thin layer-ultraviolet spectrophotometry, and gravimetric method were used to determine total alkaloids, glycyrrhizic acid and dry extract weight, respectively. Results: The loss of total alkaloids and glycyrrhizic acid in Aconitum was inversely proportional to the molecular weight cut-off of the ultrafiltration membrane and ethanol concentration. The loss of glycyrrhizic acid was more than 10%. The decrease of solid content was proportional to the loss of glycyrrhizic acid. Conclusion : Ultrafiltration of Sini Decoction in aqueous solution and 40% to 60% ethanol solution can not achieve the purpose of removing impurities
